Darby plays a central role in keeping Buck Fever Company organized, responsive, and moving forward. As Chief Administrative Officer, she manages the essential day-to-day administrative and financial details of the business while overseeing purchasing across Buck Fever's operations.
Darby is also deeply involved in shaping and managing the Buck Fever brand. She coordinates marketing initiatives, works with creative and advertising partners, and helps ensure the company's websites, social media, promotions, and other materials consistently reflect the quality of the Buck Fever experience.
In addition, Darby oversees Buck Fever Lodges operations, including guest preparation, chef and meal coordination, and lodge bookings outside the hunting season. Her attention to detail, commitment to hospitality, and ability to manage the many moving parts behind the scenes help create a seamless experience for both the Buck Fever team and its guests.
