The Presidential estate and its amenities are exclusively for members and their registered guests. The North Lodge and The South Lodge serve non-Presidential clients.

During all-inclusive hunting stays, chef-prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner are included for the registered group—hunters and observers alike. Menus are coordinated for the stay, with high-end wild-game dinners at the heart of the experience.
GATHER AFTER THE HUNT
Enjoy the trophy room and man cave, beer garden, fire pit, pool and sauna. Guided hunting is coordinated within ranch staffing and scheduling capacity.

10 SEPARATE NON-HUNTING ESTATE DAYS
During designated non-hunting months. Estate amenities included; chef-prepared meals and hunting services are not included. Days cannot be exchanged or combined with hunting days.
10 ALL-INCLUSIVE HUNTING DAYS
During designated hunting periods, in one stay or up to two stays of at least three consecutive days each; exclusive estate use for up to 10 registered guests.

Chad Sehlke leads Buck Fever Company with a hands-on approach and a long-term vision for it’s properties, people, and operations. As Owner & Ranch Manager, he establishes the company’s direction while overseeing the standards that shape Buck Fever’s hunting, wildlife, hospitality, and land-management experiences.
Chad remains closely involved in ranch operations, land acquisition and development, infrastructure projects, major financial decisions, and new business opportunities. He works directly with Buck Fever’s leadership team to establish priorities, solve challenges, and ensure each part of the company continues moving forward with purpose.
His vision for Buck Fever brings together responsible land stewardship, exceptional outdoor experiences, quality hospitality, and thoughtful growth. Chad’s commitment to building something lasting continues to guide the company as it expands across North Michigan and beyond.
